Iran in the 1970s was a culturally western country. The kids went to college and learned useful things- to become doctors, lawyers, engineers, scientists, etc. Dress was western, men and women went to college together, went to the beaches together, danced together.

The country has been damaged, in every way, since the Islamists took over.

Obama had a chance to do something about it during the Green Revolution, but chose not to.

Let me repeat that: Obama had a chance to correct the terrible actions of the USA and Britain when they orchestrated the removal of president Mossadegh. Obama COULD have been the hero of the revolution, but he CHOSE to kiss the asses of the mullahs, to America's shame.

It's a sad day when we rejoice that Iranian leaders are being taught a 'lesson' by ISIS.

To any Iranian readers, I say this: Stay resolute, the regime's days are numbered. The Man in the High Office has you on his agenda.

Tastes bad doesn't it?
Even obama's gift of billions doesn't protect you from mutual savages wanting you dead.
May you both pile up your captive citizens.
