Both India and Israel have a common historical past! India was the victim of brutal British colonialism, and the same for Jewish Palestine, although Britain got the Mandate over this country delivered by the League of Nations in 1922, to lead the Jewish people to independence in Palestine. And a Mandate is a TRUST!!! Nevertheless the British breached in a treacherous way all the articles in the road map that was the League's "Mandate for Palestine". They imposed a maritime blockade to prevent Jews trying to escape Europe under Nazi rule to reach the shores of Palestine, and thus, de facto, contributing in Hitler's program to eradicate European Jewry.
