China, along with many other countries, need to evaluate this situation very carefully. This "new" proposal is ancient. Much thought needs to be given to this complex problem. Four proposals, one hundred proposals or many, many proposals will only extend the length of the problem. I'm US, non-Jewish, non-Israeli. My view, is the Israelis and the Palestinians need to work out a lot of problems on their own. There can't be any pre-conditions. The two sides have to sit down and work this out amongst themselves. No one else. Good luck.

I suppose you are unaware that your country, China, signed the Mandate for Palestine, together with the other 50 members of the League of Nations. The Mandate for Palestine gave the Jews the IRREVOCABLE right to settle on the territory between, at least, the Sea and the Jordan River, including the Golan Heights. A right that became International Law, valid to this day, and reaffirmed by Article 80 of the United Nations' Charter. I can't accuse you of ignorance Mr. Ambassador, when even the Israeli authorities haven't the guts to proclaim this basic truth.

Israel is our historical ancient Jewish homeland in which we Jews have lived for 4000 years, which is confirmed by 10-15 ancient civilizations.

The "Palestinians" i.e. Arab speaking Moslem Christian settlers and imperialists that migrated to and settled down in Israel/Turkish Province of Syria/British Mandate of Palestine, came here between the 1880s an the 1940s. That's hardly ancient history.

Just like China, India, Greece and Persia are ancient civilizations claiming their historical homelands, so is Israel an ancient civilization and in similarity to to above mentioned ancient civilizations, we Jews also claim legitimate rights to our homeland based on history.

If China wants good relations with Israel I suggest you back off and leave us alone.

Where are the following:
a. That the Palestinians (and for that matter, all the Arab world) recognise the State of Israel and it's right to exist
b. The denouncement of Palestinian terror attacks on civilians of Israel
c. The denouncement of the firing of rockets from Gaza into Israeli civilian areas.
d. The denouncement of the UN Bodies for their one sided and biased attacks on Israel, including removing recognition of the Western Wall etc.
e. Commitment by China to fund the rebuilding of Gaza
f. Commitment by China to send peace keeping troops to police the Gaza building efforts and guarantee that no more tunnels, rocket factories etc. are built.
g. Confirming that China will force a democratic constitution on the Palestinians that recognises the rights of all peoples and minorities, freedom of speech and association, freedom of religion, recognising LGBT rights, democratic elections once every four years etc. etc. Just like China has!!!

That horrific nation needs to look inside it's own borders before commenting on any SINGLE issue involving peoples rights outside of China. They are pathetic facists and killers..
