1. not right wing?
David   (08.08.17)
It's absurd to say that this is not a right wing government. It is not a reckless government, that is true-- and it is the first government in the past three decades to successfully resist international pressure to adopt the "Clinton" parameters for a settlement to the Israeli-Palestinian issue. The government has presided over the longest period of strategic stability that Israel has seen since the 1950s, in the midst of the greatest foreign pressure in decades. These achievements are not minor, and they are not accidental. They are due to the leadership of the PM.

3. Since politics are all about being smart and not only "right
(08.08.17)
(got that?) Netanyahu has always chosen the smart alternative that would give Israel best future options.
What he DID accomplish is a country militarily/financially strong as they come, weathered hostile POTUS and we're witnessing slow realization in Europe that maybe, just maybe we were right all the time.
As to land/property? That can be re-taken in one swift move:that's the smallest of our problems.

5. mk zohar advises not to resign if indicted
geroge   (08.08.17)
zohar, the prosecutor will determine if there is sufficient evidence to indict bibi regardless of the various explanations. i want no part of gabbay lapid herzog and livni as replacements. but the coaltiion has bennett,s aar, barkat and feiglin from the outside in zehut. so in fact it has better candidates to lead than even bibi.

if indicted bibi should resign because his hands will be full defending, and his wife may also be in jepoardy. bibi has had enough time as pm. he has not been as strong as his commando background suggested. he has been more like herzog. so his stepping down will permit better leaders to emerge.

if he is not indicted, then he can finish his term.

my opinioin is that he has been too weak and he has offered concession after concession.
6. Not to worry patriots: "Jericho First" ,soon to come!

7. Not right wing....
tiki ,   belgium   (08.08.17)
True, he's center right.

As a PM he has done some very good things and some very bad ones as mentioned in the article.

But as a politician you can't have it all when dealing with different groups, politicians, organisations & countries.

Truth is that in many instances he could/should have given the right wing policies a more prominent place.

8. Bibi needs to redeem himself to patriots who elected him
Chaim ,   Israel   (08.09.17)
Excellent article. During his long tenure as Prime Minister, Bibi has done almost nothing to fulfill the rightist patriotic agenda, for which he was elected. I strongly urge Bibi to take Attali seriously and begin UNLIMITED Jewish building throughout Judea and Samaria, end mad Israeli support for evil fictional "Palestine", start executing "Palestinian" terrorists and, generally, redeem himself to the patriots who elected him.
