The Supreme Court is not what's preventing the Hague. It's the politics of international law. The Hague can be dissolved if it gets involved in pro-terrorist causes. So can Interpol. All can be replaced, and eventually will, including the Supreme Court.

Israel needs to answer false "Palestinian" claims by assembling a top flight legal team to debunk them. We are certainly capable of doing so. Even if biased, anti Semitic bodies (like the U.N.), reject Israel's position, the truth will be exposed worldwide. 1) Our historical rights to our land. 4000 years of Jewish history in Israel, confirmed by at least 10-15 ancient civilizations. Not one of them makes a single reference to any "Palestinians", "Palestinian" Arabs or "Palestinian" nation, kingdom, people, culture or civilization.

Jews have lived in Israel for 4000 years. Most Israeli Arab speaking Moslems can trace their history to time window when their parents, grandparents and grand grand parents invaded Israel, meaning between the 1880s and the 1940s.

The statement as to who exactly is the historical and native population of Israel, shouldn't be any secret to anyone.

2) International law - the SAN REMO TREATY signed 1920 and the ANGLO-AMERICAN TREATY signed December 3rd 1924, in London, United Kingdom, are both LEGALLY BINDING TREATIES, that stipulate the exact defined legal borders of the Jewish state, which is Cis-Jordan and Trans-Jordan. This clearly includes Israel within the 1949 armistice line, Jerusalem, Gaza, Judea, Samaria, Golan, Southern Lebanon up until the bend (South of Litani) of the Litani river, and all of Trans-Jordan.

The Israeli Supreme Court hasn't granted Israel the right to claim its own land despite that both history and international law back Israel's claims.

The reason Israel isn't isolated in the world, is because:

a) Anti-Semites and enemies of Israel constitute a minority of the human race.

b) The world is to a very large extent dependent on, and interested in Israel's high technology and science within both the civilian and military fields. Israel's Supreme Court has nothing of value to offer any country on the 7 continents. The Supreme Court doesn't develop any science or high technology nor does it conduct any scientific research in any field of any kind. It manufactures nothing, produces nothing, does not produce any economic growth, doesn't create jobs.

The Israeli Supreme Court is exactly what the name suggests - a COURT, and COURTS judge legal cases. That's what they do and that's what they offer to mankind.
