Norwegian Finance Minister: Boycott Israeli products

Norway's Finance Minister Kristin Halvorsen called on the consumers in her country to boycott Israeli products, the BBC's website reported.

Halvorsen made it clear that she was expressing her own view, and not the Norwegian government's policy. Officials at the Norwegian Foreign Ministry said in response that a boycott on Israeli products might harm Norway's efforts to mediate between Israel and the Palestinians. (Ynet)
