Acting Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has apparently decided to appoint Justice Minister Tzipi Livni as foreign minister on Tuesday.

Olmert made his decision following the withdrawal of Likud ministers, including Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom, from the government. (Ronny Sofer)
