The Lebanese government and opposition have agreed on a national unity Cabinet in which major decisions could be taken only by consensus, Arab League chief Amr Moussa said Thursday.

Announcing a major step toward resolving the political crisis, Moussa told reporters that more talks were required to conclude the deal and he might return to Lebanon in the coming days. (AP)
