Major-General Stern: Government not doing enough to fight the dodge




Major-General Elazar Stern, Chief of Personnel in the IDF, said Monday that the government wasnot doing enough to fight draft-dodging among Israeli youth.

 

Stern offered exempting those who serve in the militray from university fees, while not allowing those who dodged the service any school benefits. (Hanan Greenberg)
