Syria: Infiltration of Israeli plane illustrated lack of trust in Israel




Syrian Information Minister Muhsin Bilal addressed the report on the infiltration of an Israeli plane into Syria's airspace, saying that "President Bashar Assad had said that this year would be crucial to the region and the entire world.

 

"The president has said more than once that he does not trust the Israeli government, and this act proves it. Israel has proved that it is only interested in aggression and not in peace," Bilal said in an interview with al-Jazeera. (Roee Nahmias)
