Minister Edery: Lebanese government responsible for Katyusha attack

Israel considers the Lebanese government responsible for Tuesday's Katyusha attack, Jacob Edery, minister of the development of the Negev and Galilee, said during a tour of the north.

"It is the job of the international force (UNIFIL) operating in (south Lebanon) to prevent such attacks," he said. "Apparently the terror organizations are looking to escalate the situation in the north and southern fronts on the eve of (US President) George W. Bush's visit to the region to remind everyone of their existence." (Roni Sofer)
