US to send $14 million in aid to Palestinian refugees




The US State Department announced Friday that it would send the Palestinians $14 million in special humanitarian aid.

 

The aid will be transferred to a million Palestinian refugees in the Gaza Strip and more than 70,000 refugees in the West Bank through the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA). (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
