A Qassam rocket fired from northern Gaza landed at one of the southern entrances to Ashkelon. No reports of injuries thus far.

Earlier, two Qassam rockets landed in the town,. One scored a direct hit on a house and several people suffered from shock. The second landed in an open area in a northern section of the town where no rockets had yet fallen beforehand. (Shmulik Hadad)
