Olmert says cannot ignore moral abyss between Israel, its enemies




Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said Wednesday that the Israeli heritage sanctifies life rather than death, as opposed to terrorists.

 

Speaking at the state memorial for Israelis killed in terror attacks, Olmert said, "I cannot ignore the deep moral abyss between us and our enemies. We do not deny the right of any people and state to live in peace." (Aviram Zino)
