Berlusconi has formed new Italy government

Italy's prime minister-elect Silvio Berlusconi formed his new government on Wednesday after winning last month's parliamentary election.

The 71-year old conservative media tycoon presented the list of his ministers to the head of state, a presidential spokesman said. (Reuters)
