Activists leaving evacuated settlement after arriving last night




Right-wing activists and settlers who arrived during the night at the evacuated settlement of Sanur in the northern West Bank have left the area.

 

IDF soldiers arrived in Sanur in order to clear out the activists, and no violent incidents were reported. "We have been sent to drive the first peg into the ground in Sanur. As we are rebuilding Homesh, so shall we rebuild Sanur," one activist said. (Efrat Weiss)
