Karmiel mayor: Comptroller report proves neglect of northern residents




Chairman of the Union of Local Authorities in Israel and Mayor of Karmiel Adi Adler said that the results of the state comptroller's report about the diversion of funds promised to the residents of the North are accurate, and constitute a scandal.

 

"We are once again privy to the ways in which the government discriminates against the residents of the north. We were promised and we hoped that a change would be made in the State's priorities after the war, but we were wrong. The report proves what we are currently experiencing," Adler said. (Ahiya Raved)
