High Court rules body of rabbi's wife to be buried without autopsy




The High Court of Justice has instructed a Jerusalem hospital to release the body of Ziona Samin, the wife of a prominent rabbi, so it can be buried.

 

In this ruling, the judges rejected a demand by the State Prosecutor's Office that the body undergo an autopsy, after an MRI revealed that she had been strangled. (Neta Sela)
