Mazuz decides to close case against Ben-Eliezer




Attorney General Menachem Mazuz and State Prosecutor Moshe Lador announced that “no justification was found in opening a criminal investigation against National Infrastructure Minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer.”

 

The announcement was made due to petitions presented against the minister following the release of the State Comptroller’s report pointing at Ben-Eliezer’s alleged appointment of associates at the Israel Electric Corporation. (Aviad Glickman)
