The prime minister's story will be at the focus of a new drama series written by Noa Rothman (formerly Ben-Artzi), the granddaughter of former Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, and scriptwriter Shachar Magen. The series will be aired on HOT in several months. This will be the first time screenplay for television written by Rothman, who is mostly known for her moving eulogy over Rabin's grave following the prime minister's assassination in November 1995. The new series will tell the story of the prime minister's family, focusing on his four children (Prime Minister Olmert has four children and an adopted daughter). The program's starting point is when the father, representing a right-wing party, is elected prime minister. The family moves to the Prime Minister's Residence and its members' lives undergo changes. The series will focus on the characters surrounding the prime minister, including his children, his wife and his media advisor. The writers are considering giving the prime minister a lover in order to complicate the plot.
Incidentally, Noa's husband Eldad Rothman worked with Olmert in the past.
