Barak: China should join in increasing sanctions on Iran

Defense Minister Ehud Barak met with a Chinese government spokesman on Monday and told him the economic sanctions on Iran should be increased. The two discussed a number of regional, political and security topics.

"Iran's strengthening plan endangers the stability if the region and the whole world. The Iranians are determined to deceive the world and achieve military nuclear capabilities. The economic and financial sanctions on Iran should be increased and China should join in this," Barak said. (Roni Sofer)
