Qatari Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani said on Friday that his country has spent $ 1.4 billion on reconstruction projects in the Gaza Strip since 2012.
Speaking on the sidelines of an economic conference in the city of St. Petersburg, Russia, he rejected the accusations that the Qatari funds go to terrorist organizations and claimed that Israel knows how the money is transferred.
