Hamas Leader Haled Mashal said his organization and the rest of the Palestinian factions are committed to the cease-fire with Israel, despite Tuesday’s terror attack in Netanya.
He said Israel is in violation of the cease-fire and “Provokes the (Palestinian) factions and forces them to breach the truce." (AP)
