The Hamas leadership cancelled a trip to Aman in protest at the Jordanian government’s refusal to welcome Khaled Mashaal in the country, the London-based al-Hayat newspaper reported Monday.
Jordanian officials said they would welcome Hamas’s delegation if it is led by Mashaal’s deputy, Moussa Abu Marzouk. (Roee Nahmias)
