Palestinian sources reported that Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh talked on the phone with Pope Benedict XVI. The sources disclosed that the Pope called Haniyeh and asked him to maintain calm in the region and bring solution to the abduction of the Israeli soldier. (Ynet)
