Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni will hold a meeting at 12 pm to discuss the kidnapping of two Israel Defense Forces soldiers by Hizbullah.
Livni will weigh the possibility of filing a complaint with the United Nations against Lebanon for allowing Hizbullah to launch attack from its territory. (Ronny Sofer)
