UNICEF: 40-ton humanitarian aid package arrives in south Lebanon
UNICEF, the United Nations’ fund concerned with children’s rights and welfare, announced that a delivery of 40 tons of humanitarian aid arrived in south Lebanon.
Spokespersons for the organization said the aid would go to “tens of thousands of children in south Lebanon,” whose living areas were bombed in the past two weeks. (AFP)
