Naim Qassem, Hizbullah Deputy Secretary-General to Hassan Nassrallah, blessed UN Secretary General Kofi Annan for appointing a representative on his behalf to negotiate between Israel and Hizbullah regarding the exchange of captives.
In a special interview given to the Iranian network Al-Alam Qassem said: “My organization would bless any negotiation bringing about the release of Lebanese prisoners being held in Israel.” (Roee Nahmias)
