Al Qaeda No. 2 calls on Muslims to step up resistance against US
Al Qaeda No. 2 Ayman al-Zawahiri issued call on Muslims to step up activities against the United States and its armies across the world says in a statement posted on the Internet, CNN reported.
In the message on the eve of the fifth anniversary of the September 11 attacks, al-Zawahiri calls on the Muslim world "to rush with everything at its disposal to the aid of its Muslim brothers in Lebanon and Gaza." (Ynet)
