Dr. Ahmad Yousef, President Mahmoud Abbas' political advisor, said Monday that a Hamas delegation visited London recently and presented British officials with a plan for a ceasefire with Israel.
According to al-Quds newspaper in east Jerusalem, Hamas conditioned the ceasefire with Israel's withdrawal to the 1967 borders and the return of Palestinian refugees. (Roee Nahmias)
