Honor committee to be established for exceptional troops in Lebanon war

IDF Northern Command Chief Maj. Gen. Gadi Eisenkot decided Wednesday to establish an honor committee that would look into awarding soldiers and units that operated exceptionally during the Lebanon war.
The committee would also recommend soldiers to receive valor awards from the IDF chief of staff as well as badges from the defense minister. (Hanan Greenberg)
