Archbishops worried about Christian community weakening

Dozens of archbishops, church leaders, and senior clergymen from Israel and the world participating in the international bishop conference in Nazareth voiced their worries to Tourism Minister Isaac Herzog about the weakening of the Christian communities in Israel and the Palestinian Authority due to the struggle against extremist Islam.
Herzog emphasized that Israel was committed to maintaining the status of the Christian congregations in Israel. (Roee Nahmias)
