Boymelgreen Group may sell hotels
Development group considering selling holdings in Sheraton, Accor hotels, plans expansion in India, the Ukraine
Developer Shaya Boymelgreen in considering selling his holdings in the Sheraton and Accor hotel chains, Yedioth Ahronot said Monday.
The Boymelgreen Group is planning to reduce its hoteliery activities in Israel, leaving just five or six hotels under the group's control.
The Boymelgreen Group plans to expand its activities abroad, especially in the Indian and Ukraine markets, where the hotel industry is still budding and the demand is greater.
Despite the planned sale, Boymelgreen may decide to purchase additional hotels in central Israel.
