B. Yair group to build 220 apartments in Prague
Israeli company estimates total revenue of 7 million euro from project
B. Yair group from Israel will construct 220 apartments in the 13 district in Prague, after the company's subsidiary received its construction project permission.
B. Yair group estimates a total revenue of 7 million Euro ($9.5 million) from this Prague construction project.
In the first stage, the company will build 81 flats, 69 of which were already sold in signed agreements.
B. Yair holds 75% of Sidi investments, the initiator of the Prague construction project. The company is also building 2,300 apartments and a 40,000 square-meter (430,560 square-feet) office and trade area in Budapest.
