US Capital coming to Israel
Real estate investment fund that finances acquisitions of property in US to open branch in Israel
The US Capital real estate investment fund is set to open an international office in Israel. US Capital finances the acquisition of property in the United States.
The initial rate for investing in the fund is $500,000, and the company hopes to raise an equity of $100 million in Israel over the next two years.
The investment fund is opening its Israeli branch in the midst of a poor time for the
US real estate market.
However, Gaby Mizrahi, CEO of US Capital Israel, said: "The fund is ready to take advantage of financial opportunities based on changes in traditional bank credit and interest rates.
"Our position lets us provide fast, creative and secure funding options for entrepreneurs active in the American property market."
