The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange closed with gains Tuesday, in wake of the Bank of Israel's decision not to increase interest rates, keeping it at 4%.
Dollar rates were set at NIS 4.034 after falling 0.025%. The euro remained unchanged at NIS 5.692.
The leading indices traded favorably: TA-25 rose 0.89% to 1,130.42 points, TA-100 went up 0.78% to 1,095.371 points and the Tel-Tech added 0.45%, reaching 423.27 points.
The banking sector traded down as Hapoalim lost 0.4%, Leumi dropped 0.9% and Discount went down 0.7%.
Tuesday's trade came to $791 million.
