Palestinian president slams IDF operation in Gaza
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, who is in New York attending the UN General Assembly, slammed the IDF operation in Gaza, which left 11 Palestinians dead.
Palestinian Minister of Information Yasser Abd Rabbo told Ynet that Abbas was scheduled to meet with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon later Thursday, to brief him on the IDF operation in Gaza and to discuss the need for Israel to cease IDF activities in the Strip. (Ali Waked)
