Peres signs clemency orders for Palestinian prisoners
President Shimon Peres began signing the clemency orders for the Palestinian prisoners scheduled to be released on Monday, as part of Israel's Ramadan gestures to the Palestinian Authority.
So far, 26 out of the 90 clemency orders have been signed and filed. (Aviram Zino)
