Tel Aviv Stock Exchange closes with gains
Market ends week favorably as TA-25 hits new high at 1,195.09 point. Dollar rates rise 0.472% to NIS 4.0410
The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange ended it trading week on a positive note Thursday, as the TA-25 rose 0.84%, hitting a record level of 1,195.09 points.
The TA-100 climbed 0.82%, reaching 1,164.04 points, the Tel Tech added 1.33% to 453.73 points and TA-Real Estate dropped 0.24, to 772.35 points.
Dollar rates went up 0.472% to NIS 4.0410; the euro gained 0.867% and was set at NIS 573.40.
The banking sector traded up as well: Hapoalim rose 0.71%, Leumi added 2.17% and Discount went up 2.55%.
Thursday's trade came to $546.64 million.
