The New Foundation for Cinema and TV has announced the launching of the "Conversion-Change of Heart" project, during which it will support independent films following the commencement of the relationship between Judaism and Christianity.

In this framework, the foundation will offer Jewish and Christian-Arab filmmakers funding for 10-minute shorts on the subject.

The films will be distributed to film festivals and television stations around the world.

On Monday at 7 pm the foundation will hold a forum at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, during which researchers from various disciplines - literature, art, psychiatry, philosophy, history and others - will present their thoughts on the subject.

Film proposals must be submitted in triplicate to the New Foundation offices no later than 18 November 2007.
