Separation fence project gets additional funding

Pinhas Buhris, director-general of the Defense Ministry, has reached an agreement with the Finance Ministry Tuesday, allowing for an additional NIS 250 million ($69 million) to be funneled to the construction of the separation fence.

The construction of the separation fence was halted due to budgetary difficulties. The construction is to be resumed according to a workplan outlined by the deputy IDF chief of staff. (Hanan Greenberg)
