Minister Ezra proposes highway connecting Gaza, West Bank

Environment Minister Gidon Ezra spoke Monday at an Israel National Road Company meeting and said that "we must do everything we can for the rapid construction of a highway which will connect the Gaza Strip with the West Bank.

"This would be a complex feat of engineering and we cannot continue the negotiations with the Palestinians without pursuing this avenue as well." (Yael Ivri-Darel)
