Referring to the two new laws encouraging organ transplants in Israel, Health Minister Yacov Ben-Yizri stated, “The day in which these two new laws were added, after many years of unmitigated struggle, is a historical day for the citizens of Israel.”
Ben-Yizri added that the laws “place Israel on the map of the world’s enlightened countries.” (Meital Yasur-Beit Or)
