Knesset speaker, Bulgarian president discuss Iranian nuclear plan

Knesset Speaker Dalia Itzik met Tuesday with Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov who is visiting Israel. One of the issues the two discussed was the Iranian nuclear program.
