Lebanese PM accuses Syria of blocking presidential elections
Lebanon's Prime Minster Fuad Saniora has accused Syria of blocking the election of a new president and deepening the country's 16-month political crisis through its interference.
Saniora says Lebanon decided to boycott this weekend's summit in the Syrian capital of Damascus because Beirut is usually represented by its president. (AP)
