Rice says Palestinians, Israelis have joint responsibility

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice met Sunday with Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni in Jerusalem. In a joint press conference, Rice addressed the gestures to the Palestinians, saying that she had no criticism of what was being done or not being done.
The Israelis and the Palestinians have a joint responsibility to create an atmosphere and a reality in which the Palestinians are committed to Israel's security and Israel is committed to the Palestinians quality of life, the US secretary of state said. (Roni Sofer)
