Ivanka Trump, daughter of the well-known real estate developer and entrepreneur Donald Trump, plans to arrive in Israel for her first visit on May 12. The purpose of her trip will be to acquaint herself with the Israeli real estate market in order to locate investment opportunities, and to advertise a new project her father plans to establish in Philadelphia.

Trump's visit comes as a pleasant surprise to the Israeli market in light of recent accounts that have reported a decline in international investments in Israel. During March only $261 million in foreign investments were recorded, falling from the $500 million average recorded during previous months.

During her two-day visit, Trump is expected to meet with senior executives, politicians, and businessmen. She hopes to establish business relations in the real estate market for her father's company, in which she has been involved since 2005.

Young Trump is currently working on 33 international real estate projects, relating to every aspect of the field, in addition to being her father's right hand woman.

She emerged from her previous career as a model with a Master's Degree in real estate, and has recently been rated by Forbes Magazine as one of the top ten most wanted heiresses, topping even Paris Hilton.

Apropos her competition, Trump plans to stay at the Tel Aviv Hilton.
