Peres: We don't want to shoot at children

President Shimon Peres spoke at a conference held by the Chamber of Industry and Trade in Beersheba, and said that Israel can control Gaza but is not interested in doing so.
"People there need to understand that Hamas is causing all the trouble. We don't want to shoot at their children," he said. Referring to the Iranian nuclear threat, he said he is optimistic because it is an international issue and not only Israel's problem. (Yonat Atlas)
