Seminary students go on hunger strike to release Pollard

Five female seminary students from the Neve Dkalim Seminary in Givat Washington have announced they are launching a hunger strike in front of the President Shimon Peres' residence in Jerusalem and are calling for the release of Jonathan Pollard from prison in the United States.
Seminary leader and social coordinator, Itamar Keind, said that the strike was initiated by the girls ahead of Israel's 60th Independence Day and the upcoming visit of US President, George W. Bush. (Moran Zelikovich)
