Rice skeptical on sweetening Iran incentives

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice voiced skepticism on Thursday about sweetening incentives for Iran to halt its nuclear work and called for tighter enforcement of UN sanctions against Tehran.

"Diplomacy has many forms ... and it's not always a matter of sweeter," Rice told reporters as she flew to London for meetings on Friday about Iran's nuclear program and aid to the Palestinians. (Reuters)
